MPM Social Care Consultancy are a friendly team of experts with several years’ experience providing hands on care, quality assurance and management within health and social care. We provide flexible bespoke services on a contractual basis. We believe collaborative, transparent relationships are essential keys to achieving success. Service Users are central to everything we do. Our approach is to work with service providers to enable transformation that leads to sustainable and positive outcomes that improves lives and promotes wellbeing.

 

People who contract with us will be social care providers in the private sector, who accommodate adults residing in nursing and residential homes or who receive care in their own home. Service Users may be elderly, have learning disabilities, live with dementia, mental health needs, or require care following a brain injury.

 

You may be a provider who requires support to make improvements following a poor Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection where you may be in breach of one or more Regulated Activities, or you may simply want a set of governance audits performed as part of your monitoring process. Whatever your need we can help by working inclusively with you to raise fundamental standards and bring about required change that leads to success and good governance systems.
